Better Results Next Year

Most of us will be happy to bid farewell to the insanity that has been 2020 and we all expect next year to be better in many ways. Expectations are wonderful things, but actions are what will truly drive improvements.

What are you planning to do to make 2021 your best year ever? Well-intentioned New Years resolutions will soon be forgotten by most. Let’s face it, most will surrender to the daily grind and allow life to take over as always.

This means that most will end up putting their plans on the perpetual back burner. However, the more goal-oriented among us have likely taken the first steps toward achieving breakthrough results in 2021. How can you do the same?

Questions! Asking the right questions and then digging deep for the answers will put you on the right path. You can start by asking yourself what those breakthrough results really look like. Try to imagine how great it would be with no obstacles or limitations. What could you achieve?

Be as specific as possible and do you best to paint a vivid picture of the numbers you see on the page when you look at your financials and your bank statements. What do you see when you look at your place of business? How many employees do you see? What are they saying about you, the company, their managers? How many customers do you have? What are your customers saying about you, your products, your services? How is your life shaping up? Physically? Socially? Mentally? By now you should be getting a feel for how you can imagine the future.

One final question: What’s Important? This will help you maintain balance and prioritize. And, it will help you identify the keys to getting back on track when life inevitably intrudes and tries to get you off your game. The next step after crystallizing your breakthrough results is to plan for achieving them.

Well talk about the planning process in a future article. In the meantime, to help you make 2021 your best year ever, Leading Logic is offering GPS for Your Life, an intense process for examining your situation and your priorities and putting them into action to get real results.
